William P. Sargeant served as a Superior Court judge for 19 years and as a judge pro tem at the Arizona Court of Appeals. He has successfully handled numerous family law, civil and criminal appeals cases since leaving the bench.
Leslie Rakestraw has been a Certified Specialist in personal injury and wrongful death litigation by the State Bar of Arizona Board of Legal Specialization for over 12 years. Over a long career she has handled the defense of many personal injury cases, first as house counsel for State Farm Insurance, and then for Zurich Insurance. Ms. Rakestraw has represented clients in over 50 personal injury cases to a jury. She has handled numerous appellate cases including a case argued to the Arizona Supreme Court which changed the way civil cases against government agencies are handled.
